Position Overview

The Collision Center Manager will oversee all aspects of collision center operations, including production management, estimating processes, customer satisfaction, staff development, workflow efficiency, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, collision repair industry experience, and proficiency with dealership and collision center management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the collision repair center
• Lead, coach, and develop collision center staff
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely vehicle completion
• Drive profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI performance
• Review estimates, supplements, and repair orders for accuracy
• Coordinate with insurance companies, customers, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with OEM repair procedures and safety standards
• Monitor departmental KPIs, performance metrics, and financial results
• Recruit, train, and retain top collision repair talent
• Foster a positive, professional, and performance-driven culture

Qualifications

• Previous Collision Center Manager experience preferred
• Automotive collision repair industry experience required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with CCC ONE required
• Experience with CDK preferred
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
• Strong understanding of collision estimating, repair processes, and insurance procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to improve productivity and departmental performance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
