We are currently seeking a Driver Development Manager to support Drivers in our Minneapolis and Cold Spring locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, enjoys developing people, embraces technology and problem-solving, and can effectively balance leadership, logistics, customer service, and operational execution.
This position plays a critical role in supporting drivers, managing fleet readiness, and helping build a positive, accountable, and success-driven culture.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, manage, and hold 10-15 drivers accountable for achieving safety and efficiency targets
- Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop drivers to achieve performance and safety expectations.
- Coordinate fleet maintenance schedules and equipment readiness to minimize downtime
- Build strong relationships while holding drivers accountable to company standards
- Support daily operations by communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Answer phones, coordinate service requests, and help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Help optimize workflow, route coordination, and operational efficiency
- Maintain a positive, rewarding, and team-oriented work environment
- Assist with operational planning, process improvement, and annual company goals
- Use technology, operational systems, and reporting tools to support decision-making and accountability
