Established Full-Service Dental Laboratory — Tampa, FL
Full-time | Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission
A growing, full-service dental laboratory is seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Sales Manager to lead sales growth, the sales team, develop new dental-office relationships, and expand business with existing customers.
The laboratory provides restorative, implant, removable, preventive, and digital dentistry solutions to dental practices nationwide. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage and coach a sales team while also personally developing and closing key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable for individual and company sales goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new dental practices and grow existing accounts.
- Personally pursue and close key opportunities in dental offices, group practices, and DSOs.
- Present crown and bridge, implant, denture, partial, aligner, preventive, and digital scanning solutions.
- Establish sales processes, territory plans, prospecting expectations, follow-up standards, and account-development plans.
- Track new-account conversions, revenue per account, case volume, product utilization, customer retention, and sales-representative performance.
- Work closely with laboratory operations, customer service, technical teams, and marketing.
- Attend dental meetings, trade shows, customer events, and in-office presentations as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven dental sales experience is required.
- Dental laboratory sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience managing, coaching, or mentoring a sales team.
- Established relationships within the dental community are highly valued.
- Strong understanding of dental practices, restorative dentistry, implants, laboratory workflows, or digital dentistry.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, present, negotiate, close, and grow accounts.
- Highly organized, accountable, competitive, and comfortable managing measurable KPIs.
- Ability to travel for customer visits and industry events.
