Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee complex industrial, Pharmaceutical electrical infrastructure projects to completion. In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards. Your expertise will drive project success, optimize resources, and deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of electrical projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to develop detailed project plans using construction management software such as ACC, ProCore and Accubid
• Oversee construction scheduling and site activities, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
• Manage project costs through accurate construction estimating, cost management strategies, and budget tracking.
• Ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements for construction safety, environmental standards, and building codes.
• Supervise teams on-site and in-office, managing performance, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high team morale.
• Monitor project progress through regular updates, site inspections, and detailed documentation; utilize construction scheduling techniques for timely delivery.
• Handle contract negotiations, change orders, and scope adjustments while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities including incident reports, progress logs, and compliance records.

Skills

• Must be proficient in Construction software including ACC, Procore, Bluebeam and Accubid.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, cost management, project scheduling, and construction schedule coordination.
• Proven ability to manage teams in a construction management role across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of construction regulatory compliance standards relevant to electrical infrastructure projects.
• Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting schematics, contracts management, and project documentation.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex infrastructure projects with a focus on safety and quality assurance.
• Effective communicator capable of coordinating diverse teams while fostering collaboration and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
