Position Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process to identify, attract, and hire high-quality candidates for our In-Home Sales Representative, Marketing, and Installation teams. This role is critical to fueling our company's growth by building strong talent pipelines and ensuring every candidate has a positive experience that reflects our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments, including In-Home Sales Representatives, Marketing, and Installation teams
• Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team goals
• Write, post, and update compelling job descriptions and advertisements across job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and other creative recruiting strategies
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, and motivation
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Track candidates and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Extend job offers and assist with negotiating compensation when needed
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Represent Midwest Exteriors LLC at job fairs, community events, and other recruiting activities
• Support new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company
• Monitor recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, retention, etc.) and report on hiring progress
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
• Stay current on industry hiring trends, especially within construction, home improvement, sales, and marketing fields

Experience & Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting, staffing, or human resources experience (agency or in-house preferred)
• Experience recruiting for sales, marketing, or skilled trades/installation positions is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build relationships quickly and represent company culture authentically
• Comfortable using job boards, social media, and ATS/recruiting software
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for connecting people with opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field is a plus (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
