Position Summary
The Operating Director is responsible for launching, leading, and growing the Comfort Keepers Fort Collins office. This hands-on leadership role oversees day-to-day operations, client acquisition, caregiver recruitment, staffing, community outreach, and financial performance. The Operating Director will build the local team, establish operational processes, develop referral relationships, and drive business growth while ensuring exceptional client care and compliance with company standards.

Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Success in This Role
Within the first 12 months, the Operating Director will successfully establish office operations, build a strong caregiver team, develop referral partnerships, grow the client census, and position the Fort Collins office for sustainable long-term success.
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
