We are seeking an E-commerce manager who will be responsible for executing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that raises brand awareness, sales and customer engagement across all channels, including the sohostyle.com website, mobile, affiliate site, email and social media.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, update and maintain company’s social media platforms & promotions (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube ,etc.) with timely, relevant content that also reflects current trends and help drive product sales
• Envision long-term market potential and business opportunities while generating strategies for future market scenarios
• Maximize sales and profitability of e-Commerce through strategy and established business plan.
• Create and publish engaging content for blog/website.
• Strategically create cohesive seasonal collections based on launched products
• Proactively and confidently provide creative ideas for new product and marketing design efforts to increase brand awareness
• Conduct routine research to understand competitors as it relates to content and social media strategy
• Oversee online inventory and physical inventory
• Planning and organizing events for fashion bloggers, stylists and celebrities
• Partner with internal teams, customer support and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Coordination of photo and video shoots, as well as outsource vendors for the entire shoot. Must be able to style the wardrobe for shoots.
• Selection, evaluation, and maintenance of bloggers and influencers.
• Critique and evaluate ecommerce team.
• Cultivate and maintain affiliate marketing and sales programs.
• General technical understanding of web design and analytics to initiate new website
• Recruit and mentor interns.
• Drawing upon best practices to drive the business;

Requirements: (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience managing PPC, SEO, and affiliate programs
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
• 5 years of related work experience(Digital related marketing and strategy).
• Travel
• Must have extensive knowledge of Shopify Platform& digital/video advertising for all social media platforms.
