We build tires, wheels, and assemblies for utility trailers, recreational vehicles, livestock trailers, boat trailers, and dry van trailers. Quality is our number one focus; we constantly test and improve our product designs.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team. In this role, you will support the overall operations of the company, including managing the warehouse, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient order processing and customer service.
Position Available:
· Warehouse Fulfillment Manager
o Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of shipping and receiving dept., implementing strategies, and achieving departmental goals.
o Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff in shipping and recieving, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
o Collaborate with customer service team to ensure timely order processing.
o Assist General Manger, Assistant General Manager and Production Manager in maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting regular stock checks.
o Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency and minimize errors in order fulfillment.
o Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPI’S), such as order accuracy, on-time- delivery, and customer satisfaction.
o Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
o Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and production, to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
o Support the manager in conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and implementing training programs for staff development.
Skills:
o 5-7 years’ experience in supervisory or assistant managerial role, in a manufacturing, warehouse or light industrial environment.
o 5-7 years’ experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.
o Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
o Proficiency in using inventory management systems, order processing software, and other relevant tools.
o Knowledge of wheel manufacturing processes and industry standards is highly desirable.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams at all levels.
o Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
o Familiarity with health and safety regulations and adherence to compliance standards.

Pay: $21 - $24

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, some overtime required
