Assemblers 6am-6pm = $16/hr.
Machine Operator
machine Operator 6am-6pm Shift = $19/hr.
Machine Operator 6pm-6am Shift = $21/hr.
Material handler 6pm-6am = $21/hr.
Pre-Sterile Operator 6pm-6am = $18/hr.

Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Production Specialists are involved in all facets of small material manufacturing and production. Indoor material processing and packaging activities may include receiving, scanning, cleaning, treating, sorting, counting, labeling or warehousing seed work.
May be responsible for preventive maintenance of equipment in assigned areas and ensuring operations process and procedures are followed through. Manufacturing Production Specialist responsibilities may also include electronic data collection in laboratory settings utilizing PC and handheld data collection devices.
Additionally, maybe responsible for transporting small materials to appropriate work centers.
Activities may require bending and lifting 50 lbs, long periods of sitting or standing.
Extended hours may be requested during the peak seasons.
Individuals must be able to adhere to all client SOPs and to support all site safety and regulatory compliance requirements.

Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience with MS Office / Excel and other standard computer and software systems is required.
Basic mechanical ability/understanding of equipment maintenance (able to operate and trouble shoot equipment) may be required.
1-3 Years of Experience

Assembler Job Description (Clean Room)
Assembling various products. Packaging various products. Performing rework and inspection on the product. Backing up higher-level positions. Awareness of quality standards and ability to identify defects in products. Recording data related to product quality and traceability. Cleaning of work areas as required. Complete the associated paperwork Entry level math skills (adding/subtracting). Basic reading skills. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Communication skills. Able to adapt quickly to fast-paced changing situations. Proven sound judgment, continuous improvement, and customer focus. Demonstrated adaptability and teamwork skills. 1-3 Years of Experience

Pre-Sterile Operator:
Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), good manufacturing practices (GMP), traceability and material review board (MRB).

• Ability to work independently with little direction on day-to-day decisions and work direction
• Ability to perform all automated testing techniques and requirements
• Established Communication skills with the ability to utilize applicable terminology. Interpersonal skills to interact professionally and constructively with the lead, supervisor and coworkers to enhance teamwork and to foster positive working relationships.
• Supporting production or quality control inspections in the Manufacturing Areas.
• Works with production supervisor and/or engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggests improvements
• Appropriate attention to detail and understanding of continuous improvement/lean initiatives
• Testing product as required.
• Performing Quality Control measurements and functions.
• Support New product Builds

• High school diploma/GED is required
