We are seeking an experienced Material Handler / Sit-Down Forklift Operator who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in safety, accuracy, and productivity. This is a physically active position requiring a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and previous warehouse experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime and weekends as business needs require
- Pay-$21.00 per hour

As a Material Handler, you'll play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by safely moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting shipping and receiving operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely operate a Sit-Down Forklift throughout the shift.
- Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) when needed.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials.
- Verify product quantities, SKUs, lot numbers, and inventory accuracy.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process inventory transactions.
- Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Assist with inventory organization and cycle count activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Follow all GMP, food safety, company policies, and OSHA safety procedures.
- Communicate equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent Sit-Down Forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Experience with: Loading and unloading trailers, Shipping & Receiving, Inventory control, RF Scanner systems, Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout an entire shift.
- Steel-toe boots required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of inventory accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

- Able to meet productivity and quality expectations while maintaining safe work practices.
This position requires the ability to:
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift
- Work in extreme temperatures (Hot/Cold)
- Wear steel-toe boots.
- Work overtime (up to approximately 10 hours per week) and weekends when needed
