SoundTube Entertainment, a respected pro and residential audio company for 50 years, is looking for a talented engineer to help with the manufacturing and development of new products, including loudspeakers, amplifiers, electronic equipment, and much more. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage the development of innovative audio equipment from the conceptual phase through mass production and quality control.
• Coordinate with other engineering, production, and quality-control staff for

day-to-day operations.

• Communicate with vendors, certification agencies, and customer base.
• Lead constant improvement efforts for current products, including control

activities, failure analysis, process improvement, etc.

• Mentor and train newer engineers and QC staff on standard engineering concepts.
• Assist in manage daily production and manufacturing activities and maintain relevant engineering data and practices.

Key Technical Skills:

• Experience with SolidWorks or other parametric modeling software a plus
• Knowledge of standard manufacturing processes
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and process improvement skills
• Experience in audio, acoustics, or other electronics a plus

Required attributes and skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or relevant Process Engineering experience
• Preferred minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or process engineering
• Independent and strong work ethic; self-motivated

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
