Job Title: Marketing & Operations
Coordinator
Job Overview
We are seeking an organized, ambitious, and versatile Marketing & Operations Coordinator
to support a high-performance team of real estate professionals across both our Benchland
division and our Residential Advisors team.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-end creative marketing and seamless day-to-
day office operations. You will act as the key liaison with EV Corporate to amplify our advisors
and listings, while leveraging a modern tech stack to manage digital assets, email marketing,
and CRMs. The ideal candidate operates with a high level of autonomy, communicates with
absolute confidence, and excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Division Marketing & Digital Asset Management
● EV Corporate Collaboration: Partner closely with EV Corporate to identify, coordinate,
and execute marketing and press opportunities for individual advisors and high-profile
listings.
● Collateral Design & Template Building: Manage the design and creative direction of
elevated, high-standards marketing materials using Canva and other design tools. Build
custom, reusable Gmail templates and scheduling systems to streamline advisor
communication.
● Newsletter Support & Distribution: Own the creation, formatting, and scheduling of
team and advisor newsletters through Rezora and email marketing platforms.
● Process Optimization: Maintain and develop efficient processes for custom digital
asset creation and complex property presentations across both sectors using Dropbox
for flawless file organization and backstage file management.
CRM Management & Tech Support
● CRM Operations: Serve as the internal expert for database management, property
matching, and client tracking utilizing Lofty and Real Scout.
● Tech Support & Onboarding: Provide basic technical support and software training
(including CRM and marketing platforms) to all advisors, and manage the internal
onboarding process for new team members joining either division.
Office Operations & Team Support
● Office Management: Oversee daily operations for the shared office
environment—including inventory/supplies, interfacing with external vendors, basic
accounting, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all advisors and clients.
● Operational Assistance: Provide critical operational support to shop managers and
advisors across both teams, including property research, and event or listing
coordination.
● Intern Supervision: Train, mentor, and supervise interns, ensuring they become
productive members of the operations team while aligning their goals with business
needs.
Key Skills & Requirements
● Software Proficiency (Required): Advanced hands-on experience with Canva,
Dropbox, Rezora, and Gmail/Google Workspace template building/scheduling.
● CRM Management: Direct experience managing real estate databases and platforms,
specifically Lofty and Real Scout.
● Graphic Design Experience: A strong visual eye with the ability to create sophisticated,
high-end layouts tailored to both commercial luxury and residential markets.
● Marketing Education: Solid foundational knowledge of marketing principles, digital
media, brand consistency, and PR/press coordination.
● Organized & Efficient: A natural multi-tasker who can bring structure to moving parts
and keep project timelines on track for multiple advisor teams.
● Effective & Confident Communicator: Ability to interface seamlessly with Benchland
advisors, Residential advisors, EV Corporate staff, external press, and clients.
Performance Expectations (How You Work)
Autonomy & Initiative: You take true ownership of the office and its responsibilities, operating
with a high level of independence to maintain exceptional standards without needing constant
supervision.
Proactive Agility: You anticipate the needs of your advisors, dive into the details, and move

sight of everyday operational tasks.
