Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as Synxis
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and room assignments using hospitality reservation systems
• Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures
• Communicate effectively via phone and in person with guests, staff, and vendors while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
• Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially Synxis or similar platforms
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes to ensure safety and operational accuracy
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction via phone and face-to-face interactions
• Ability to work independently during evening hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
