About the Role:

We are currently seeking professional and reliable Security Officers to support a new contract beginning August 3, 2026. This position is part of a temporary staffing arrangement in which our company is providing services on behalf of a Prime Contractor during their initial contract startup phase.

Assignment Overview:

• This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 3 to 6 months.
• There is a possibility of extension based on contract needs and performance.
• The Prime Contractor intends to transition staffing responsibilities to their own personnel once hiring is complete.

Schedule Requirements:

• Coverage is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Candidates must be available to work assigned shifts within this time frame, including weekends and holidays.

Skills:

• 5+ years verifiable corporate security experience.
• 5+ years military or law enforcement experience.
• Combat arms, special weapons and tactics, and detective experience strongly preferred.
• Formal surveillance detection training preferred.
• TCCC training (or similar) preferred.
• U.S. military combatives certification (or similar) preferred.
• Firearms (pistol) proficiency required.
• Non-commissioned officer experience or higher preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and effective communication with team members and client.
• Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations calmly and professionally.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to pass a firearms evaluation.
• 2 professional references.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Note: Waivers granted on a case-by-case basis.
• MUST HAVE ACT 235 FIREARMS CERTIFICATE
