Speech Goals is a privately owned pediatric therapy practice serving children and families throughout San Francisco, the Peninsula, and the greater Reno/Truckee region. We specialize in supporting young children from birth through early childhood, partnering closely with families to help every child reach their fullest potential.

We collaborate closely with regional centers, physicians, insurance providers, and school districts to help families navigate services and transitions — including early intervention supports and the IEP process.

We seek motivated licensed Occupational Therapists with a positive outlook to support our community. Ideal candidates will be open to collaboration and eager to grow within our interdisciplinary team.

Candidate Types:

• Licensed OTs interested in Early Intervention.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate.
• Experience with parent education and virtual consultations.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Requirements:

• Active California BOT license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Early Intervention with special needs toddlers (ages 0-6).
• Experience in sensory integration.
• Ability to work with parents and provide education.
• Must have own transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance.
• Mobile device or tablet for notes and communication.
