Household Manager & CEO Executive Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, bilingual Household Manager to serve as Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role combines elite household operations management with high-level executive support. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin Chinese (English proficiency is a plus) and has extensive experience managing large private residences and supporting C-suite executives.
Key Responsibilities
**Household Management**
- Oversee all daily operations of a large, high-end private residence
- Manage household staff including housekeepers, chefs, drivers, nannies, and maintenance personnel
- Develop and maintain household budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers; negotiate contracts and ensure quality control
- Manage household inventory, procurement, and supply chain for groceries, luxury goods, and essentials
- Ensure impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality
- Plan and execute private events, dinners, and family gatherings
- Oversee property maintenance, renovations, and security protocols
**Executive Assistant to CEO**
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and itineraries (domestic and international)
- Handle confidential correspondence, communications, and document preparation in Chinese and English
- Act as liaison between the CEO and family members, business associates, and external partners
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate cross-border business and personal matters requiring bilingual support
- Handle sensitive financial, legal, and personal documentation with absolute discretion
Qualifications
- **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years as a Household Manager, Estate Manager, or Executive Assistant supporting UHNW individuals or C-suite executives
- **Proven track record** managing large-scale private households (5,000+ sq ft / multiple properties)
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- High emotional intelligence and ability to anticipate needs proactively
- Absolute discretion, integrity, and professionalism; ability to handle confidential information
- Strong financial acumen — experience with household budgeting and expense management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and communication tools
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, travel occasionally, and be on-call as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., household management, hospitality) a plus
