Position Summary
As the Sales Support / Fleet Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day sales operations of our Framingham branch while coordinating the management of our vehicle fleet serving 13 branch locations throughout New England.
You will work closely with branch leadership, drivers, vendors, and management to ensure fleet safety, regulatory compliance, vehicle readiness, and operational efficiency while providing outstanding administrative support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the Framingham sales team.
- Assist with resolving operational issues quickly and efficiently.
- Help ensure smooth branch operations through effective communication and coordination
Fleet Operations
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, and preventive service schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
- Maintain accurate fleet records, including maintenance history, licensing, registrations, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor fleet performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Utilize the Azuga telematics platform to track vehicle performance and support fleet optimization.
- Manage and reconcile fleet fuel card accounts and related expenses.
- Prepare reports and analyze fleet data using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate insurance claims, accident reporting, and related documentation.
- Oversee forklift certification records and help ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience supporting a busy sales or administrative environment.
- Fleet management or transportation operations experience preferred; candidates with a strong aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with Azuga telematics, fleet fuel card programs, or similar fleet management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Working knowledge of DOT regulations and multi-state transportation compliance is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
