Compensation: $48-$58 per hour + Revenue Bonus + Sign-on Bonus

The Mission (What You’ll Actually Do):

• Execute with Excellence: Install, diagnose, and repair residential systems to a standard so high it looks like art. (Think pristine PEX runs, perfectly pitched PVC, and flawless tankless manifolds).
• Step Out of the Comfort Zone: One day you’re knocking out high-margin water filtration systems, the next day you might be assisting our Project Manager on a high-end luxury bathroom "wet room" overhaul. If it involves water, pipes, or structural logic, you’re on it.
• Be the Guide: Use our Viking Health Report to show homeowners what’s actually going on with their system. We don’t "sales-pitch" people; we diagnose facts.
• Keep the Van Tight: Work with our Warehouse Manager who pre-stages your stock every morning at 6:30 AM so you can actually do your job instead of wasting your life in supply house traffic.

What You Bring (The Requirements):

• A Valid Journeyman License: You’ve put in the time, passed the test, and know the code book inside and out.
• Years of Real Experience: You can look at a problem and know three ways to fix it before you even grab your tool bag.
• Thick Skin: If a pipe is brittle, a crawlspace is tight, or a custom fixture requires you to read the instructions (gasp!), you don't panic. You solve it.
• Clean Driving Record: Because we’re putting you behind the wheel of a fully stocked, high-end mobile shop.
