Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while developing your skills in warehouse management and logistics.

Duties

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and organize stock efficiently
• Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accurate order fulfillment
• Load and unload shipments safely using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and loaders
• Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure proper placement of products for easy access
• Prepare shipments by packaging items securely according to company standards and shipping requirements
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using systems like AS400 or MRP software
• Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments with detailed documentation

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution operations preferred
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload machinery
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory control software like AS400 or MRP systems
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols in a fast-paced environment
