What We’re Looking For:

• Detail-oriented, compassionate professional with excellent organizational and communication skills

• 1–3 years of experience in hospital or medical billing

• Knowledge of CMS billing guidelines

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred

• Familiarity with CPT/ICD-10 coding and third-party insurance claims

• Experience with Epic or similar electronic health record system preferred

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments

• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and billing documentation standards

What You Will Do:

Play a critical role in the financial experience of our patients by supporting accurate and compliant billing processes.

• Prepare, review, and submit patient claims to third-party payers

• Resolve billing errors and denials through timely follow-up and department coordination

• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility

• Maintain accurate billing documentation and uphold HIPAA compliance

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline revenue cycle workflows
