We are hiring experienced Forklift Truck Operators with clamp truck experience for a fast-paced distribution center in Aberdeen, MD. This is a long-term opportunity with steady hours and real growth potential. As Forklift Operators you’ll start with your current forklift skills and receive paid training to operate clamp trucks. Strong, reliable operators move quickly into permanent roles.

Schedules:
Sunday- Wednesday 5:00 AM- 3:30 PM or Wednesday- Saturday 5:00AM-3:30 PM

Pay: $19/hr (+ $3/hr shift differential for Sat and Sun)

Consistent schedules, full-time hours, and overtime available!

What You’ll Be Doing as Forklift Operators:

• Operating electric, sit-down, and clamp trucks (training provided)
• Moving, loading, and securing large or oversized product
• Transporting freight safely throughout the warehouse
• Using RF scanners to track inventory
• Meeting daily safety, accuracy, and productivity goals
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area

Job Requirements for Forklift Operators:

• 1+ year of recent sit-down forklift experience (Clamp truck exp. preferred!)
• Ability to pass an on-site driving test and safety training pre-test
• Comfortable operating equipment in reverse
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
• Steel-toe boots required
• Reliable, safety-focused work ethic

Highly Preferred (Not Required)

• Clamp truck or attachment experience
• Experience with push/pull, slip-sheet, or similar equipment
• RF scanner or warehouse system experience
