Are you an experienced Powder Coater looking to join a growing, family-oriented team? SkidPro Attachments in Detroit Lakes is hiring for our 1st and 2nd shift! We manufacture large skid steer attachments and need motivated individuals to help us maintain top-quality finishes through our industrial powder coat line.

What You’ll Do:
As a Powder Coater, you’ll be an essential part of our production process, with responsibilities that include:

• Prepping materials for paint application
• Applying powder coatings using industrial equipment
• Monitoring the curing process to ensure proper finish
• Performing routine maintenance on powder coat line equipment
• Moving materials using forklifts
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with industrial powder coating or similar manufacturing roles preferred although can train from the ground up
• Ability to operate forklifts
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Team player attitude with a willingness to learn

• Competitive pay: $19.00 – $24.00/hour (based on experience)
