You will get the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks including working in the kitchen preparing food and/or helping customers in the ordering process in our drive-thru, front counter, McDelivery, mobile app, or kiosks.

Providing customers with a great experience

Taking accurate food orders
Preparing all of McDonald’s World-Famous food
Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift

Position requirements:
All you need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, consistency and reliability, and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest. For part-time or

full-time job opportunities- give us a try. You must be 18 years of age or older to work as an Overnight Crew Team Member at McDonald's. Below are representatives of what must be met by a crew member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time
Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
Lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
Kneel, bend, or twist
Reach and grab objects above your head and/or below your waistline
Good verbal and written communication
Cleaning tables, floors, and other areas of the Restaurant
Taking orders from Customers and processing payments efficiently and accurately
Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
Ability to multitask
Ability to comply with Company policies
Work in a fast-paced, high-activity area
