Job OverviewWe are seeking a responsible, organized, and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and a passion for hospitality and team development.

Schedule:

• 5-6 working days per week
• Able to work on weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Train, supervise, and support restaurant staff
• Manage employee scheduling and labor allocation
• Conduct sanitation and cleanliness inspections
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintain and improve service procedures and standards
• Control operational costs and improve efficiency
• Drive sales growth and overall store performance
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and workflow
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, organized, and team-oriented
• Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred
• Basic restaurant English communication skills required
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
