What You’ll Do:

As a Powersports Sales Associate, you’ll guide our customers through an exciting buying journey using our proven sales process. You’ll help riders and outdoor enthusiasts find the perfect fit from our lineup of:

• New & Pre-Owned Snowmobiles, Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, Dirt Bikes, and Trailers

Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers and getting to know their wants and needs
• Sharing expert knowledge about features, specs, and benefits of our products
• Hosting demos and test rides to showcase the thrill of the ride
• Matching each customer to the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
• Collaborating with your team to hit and exceed sales goals
• Maintaining an in-store and digital traffic log
• Following up post-sale to ensure customers are thrilled with their experience
• Keeping up with industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom
• Attending ongoing sales training and product workshops

Who You Are:

We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, loves powersports, and thrives in a customer-focused environment. Ideally, you have:

• A proven track record in sales
• A passion for powersports
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A customer-first mindset and passion for helping people
• Strong attention to detail and great organizational habits
• Comfort with computers, CRM systems, lead management
• A valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement
