Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Household Assistant to support the smooth functioning of a private residence. This role involves providing comprehensive household management, including cleaning, cooking, and personal assistance. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a welcoming and organized environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining the comfort, cleanliness, and efficiency of the household while delivering exceptional service to ensure the residents’ needs are met with professionalism and warmth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary preferences and schedules, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are maintained.
• Assist with childcare duties such as transporting to sport/extracurricular activities.
• Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, dishes, cleaning and organizing living spaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens.
• Support property management activities by maintaining sanitation protocols and ensuring all household areas are well-maintained.
• Provide personal assistance by managing schedules, running errands, coordinating appointments, and handling household logistics.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing household needs promptly and courteously while maintaining a positive attitude.

Skills

• Proven experience in cooking with knowledge of meal preparation techniques.
• Strong background in interacting with tweens and teens.
• Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to create a welcoming environment.
• Proficiency in residential cleaning, sanitation practices, and property upkeep.
• Experience in laundry management including sorting, washing, ironing, and organizing clothing items.
• Prior personal assistant experience is preferred for managing schedules and household logistics effectively.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
