Role Description: This is a full-time Case Manager position based in Duluth, GA, with virtual consideration for the right candidate residing out of state. The Case Manager will assist attorneys throughout key phases of personal injury and related matters, including demand drafting, medical bill reductions, settlement negotiations, and exit packet preparation.

As a Personal Injury Case Manager, key responsibilities include:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation phase, including demand preparation, negotiation support, reduction efforts, and exit package coordination
• Provide consistent case updates to clients and help set realistic expectations
• Develop strong client relationships while guiding them through a difficult and stressful process
• Review and organize incoming case files to confirm documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained
• Prepare detailed demand packages for submission to insurance carriers
• Negotiate with adjusters and opposing counsel to pursue favorable settlements
• Present settlement offers to clients and clearly explain available options and possible outcomes
• Finalize cases, resolve liens, and ensure compliance requirements are met
• Identify cases that may require litigation and assist with transition
• Keep accurate, timely notes and updates in the case management system, such as Filevine
• Prepare case status reports for attorney review and participate in file review meetings
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and internal teams to move cases forward efficiently

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience managing personal injury pre-litigation cases
• Solid knowledge of personal injury matters, insurance claims, and pre-litigation procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain case updates clearly
• Experience using case management software, including Filevine or comparable systems
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple case files
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with attorneys, clients, and internal teams
