Lead Line Cook
Pay: $22–$26hour (DOE)
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Line Cook to join our growing kitchen team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run a station, keep the line organized, and lead by example during busy services.
Responsibilities:
Lead the line during lunch and dinner service
Prepare high-quality food with consistency and attention to detail
Train and support kitchen staff
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
2+ years of line cook experience
Leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
