Daico Industries, Inc. has led the way since 1967 with advanced IF/RF and Microwave Control Products and Amplifiers for the Defense Electronics, Aerospace, Commercial Aircraft, Wireless and other high-end commercial industries. We are expanding our product line and are seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for providing design leadership in one or more of following areas: RF/Microwave control components (including RF switches, phase shifters, limiters, up converters, down converters etc.), high power amplifiers, transceivers/multi-assemblies, high power radar transmitters/sub-systems. She/he will be required to review customer SCDs and effectively define and design hardware to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Extensive practical design and analysis experiences in RF/Microwave products; Broad knowledge of RF systems.
• Ability to analyze and resolve highly complex technical problems quickly and independently.
• Successful product development experiences, especially RF design experiences in meeting rugged military requirements.
• Hands-on RF experiences.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills including technical writing ability.
• Fluency in RF/Microwave simulation tools such as HP ADS, etc.
• BS in EE or Physics and 7+ years of applicable experiences are required for this position.
