Based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States, this full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to begin a career in sales within a company dedicated to superior craftsmanship and bespoke client solutions. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to support business growth and learn the fundamentals of the sales process in the corporate and bespoke furniture sectors. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $45 - $55 USD.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Learn about Essmann's extensive product portfolio, including custom cabinetry, furniture, component parts, and wood moldings.
• Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads through market research and outreach.
• Help prepare sales documents, including proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Maintain and update client information accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide initial product information.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• A genuine interest in building a career in sales and business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a strong desire to learn.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• An interest in craftsmanship, design, or the construction industry would be advantageous.
