We are a fast-paced and growing roofing and exterior restoration company seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our production department. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our projects run efficiently from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare material orders for upcoming projects.
• Create and crew work orders.
• Schedule final municipal and project inspections.
• Track and document additional material costs throughout the construction process.
• Maintain and update job files to ensure accurate project documentation.
• Obtain subcontractor bids for specialty trades using current sub directory.
• Track permits and monitor approval status.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, project managers, and field crews.
• Assist the Production Manager with daily operations and project logistics.
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer software.
• Construction, roofing, or production coordination experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
