The Associate Project Manager provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support to Project Managers across active plumbing projects. This role assists with resource allocation, material procurement, and ensuring city licenses, permits, and inspections are properly managed and up to date. The Associate Project Manager tracks project progress and reports status to stakeholders, supports risk and issue management, and prepares key project documentation including submittals, timelines, and Requests for Information (RFIs). Working closely with Master Plumbers, the Shop Manager, and field employees, this role facilitates project meetings, tracks tool inventory, and leads the company's safety program, including periodic safety meetings with field staff. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to support multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
