Job Overview:

RIHI The Home Improvement Specialist is seeking to fill the role of Installer/Project Coordinator on our Kitchen Remodeling Team. As we celebrate our 77th Anniversary, we continue to provide homeowners with the kind of unmatched quality and service that creates a Kitchen Remodeling experience second to none.

The role of Installer/Project Coordinator is a key role on our team to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and thrills the homeowner. Specifically, we will look for the Installer to bring to the role the following:

• Install RIHI Kitchen products with a focus on every detail to ensure the quality and timeliness of the installation meets/exceeds RIHI’s rigorous standards
• Coordinate the hiring of all independent contractors on an as-needed basis making sure they meet RIHI’s passion for the highest quality workmanship
• Coordinate all additional aspects of the installation from start to finish, including scheduling, contractor hiring, timeline, budget, and any other production tasks to successfully complete the project.
• Conduct a thorough “white glove” final walk through with the homeowners(s) upon completion of every project.
• Energy, passion, and a commitment to the highest quality standards in all aspects of the position.
• Highest level of respect for homeowners, team members, independent contractors, and suppliers.
