Extract Wellness LLC, a leading wellness company that manufactures premium hemp-derived CBD and THC wellness products, is seeking a meticulous and efficient Online Data Input Operator to join our team. We are committed to using locally grown hemp and third-party tested formulations to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. This Full-Time role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our company's data and supporting our operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data across various online systems, ensuring our information is always up-to-date and correct.

Responsibilities

Accurately input and update data into our company databases, CRM, and other online systems.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any inconsistencies, and check output.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure data is aligned and supports all business functions.
Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
Familiarity with administrative duties and data management software.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
