Position Summary:

Additionally, oversee completion of all Letter SharePoint workflows to ensure all new letters and revised letter changes receive the appropriate approval from both internal and external stakeholders.

Document proposed advances or improvements for Compliance.
Documenting ConServe Service Improvements (CSI’s) upon completion.
Provide reporting of ConServe Service Improvements (CSI’s), upon request
Presentation of materials to management team and others.
Interaction with and assist other department managers and other department staff relating to ConServe’s PPMS and business processes.
Planning to complete variable workloads to approved deadlines.
Adherence to ConServe’s Professional Practices Management System (PPMS), Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program
