On Pointe Contracting is a rapidly growing marine construction company specializing in boat lifts, docks, seawalls, shoreline protection, dredging, and waterfront infrastructure throughout Southeast Michigan.
We're looking for a highly organized, self-motivated professional to take ownership of our permitting process while supporting project administration and operational coordination. This is a critical position within our organization that directly impacts project timelines, customer satisfaction, and company growth.
This is not a basic administrative role. We're looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, solve problems, and take ownership of moving projects forward without requiring constant oversight.
Position Overview
The Permitting & Project Administration Coordinator is responsible for managing permit applications and approvals from start to finish while supporting project administration, customer communication, lead intake, scheduling coordination, and operational support functions.
This role works closely with ownership, project management, customers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects stay organized, compliant, and moving forward.
