PavCon, LLC is looking for a Project Manager & Engineer to serve as the central point of contact for a diverse team focused on understanding and assessing current client needs (i.e., DoW operational energy solutions), developing strategies, and working with the client to manage and execute projects and programs successfully.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, ideally with experience in engineering and/or data related field.
• Project Management experience
• Design of Experiments experience
• Excellent time management and analytical skills
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills to build good working relationships.
• Must be a US Citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Ability to secure a Federal Government-issued Common Access Card (CAC)
• Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%)

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with executing DoW projects and associated requirements/guidance
• PMP Certified
• Experience/familiarity with relevant software systems
