Job Description - Project Manager, Industrial Hygiene/Environmental

Location: Central New Jersey.

A progressive and innovative environmental consulting firm with a 40-year history of successful high level client services is seeking a motivated and goal oriented environmental professional with a proven history of performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The selected candidate shall manage all matters regarding client engagements with the emphasis on project specific goals and objectives as the primary project liaison , including; construction administration, project compliance, budget, schedule, program coordination, supervision, submittals and project closeouts. The selected candidate will be responsible for the development of assessment reports, remedial design and drawings, technical specifications and related solicitation/bid documents, bulletins and addenda related wide spectrum of environmental matters including; IAQ, moisture and mold, asbestos, PCBs, lead and other hazardous materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Candidate must be proficient in related environmental and industrial hygiene with emphasis on IAQ, Asbestos and Lead
• Licensure and proficiency in asbestos management services.
• BS degree preferred
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
