Painter Recruiter & Trainer | $75K+ | Company Car

CertaPro Painters of Northern Westchester & Southern Connecticut is looking for a 2 people:

1. A recruiter and trainers to recruit, evaluate, onboard, and train in-house painters and subcontractor crews.

Bilingual English/Spanish required.

2. A Construction Project Manager to supervise commercial painting projects, work with clients, and keep things moving.

Compensation & Benefits

What You’ll Do

Hire #1:

• Recruit painters, and subcontractor painting crews
• Build relationships with painters, subcontractors, paint stores, trade contacts, and community sources
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified painters and crews
• Evaluate new crews, onboard and train them
• Support early jobs before handing the crew off
• Preferred Experience:
• Experience as a Jobsite Supervisor, Production Manager etc.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or training painters
• Prevailing wage or compliance experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States

Hire #2:

• Monitor and plan commercial painting projects
• Work with our sales team and the client to deliver what was sold
• 3-5 years of construction or painting management or similar experience needed
• Troubleshoot issues in real time
