We are a growing software consultancy and we handle a range of projects. Our specialty is in building revenue systems for mid sized business ($10-50M in revenue), but we do a whole bunch of other work as well and have a number of legacy clients who we are continuing to work with.

I'm looking for a technical PM to come in and manage developers and to find upsell and cross-sell opportunities on existing accounts.

If you work with technical CRM implementations that is a huge plus. If you aren't technical yourself we can still make this work but you just need to be excellent.

Duties

• No mumbo-jumbo about Jira or different project management tools. We manage everything through Google sheets right now because we are scrappy and growing. We may move to Jira or Linear in the future.
• Our clients do have different stakeholders. It is important to learn who those stakeholders are and where their painpoints are so we can create solutions that stick and actually move the needle.
• Being able to write clear and concise updates to clients is key. We send our clients daily updates on progress. We work more closely with them than most other consultancies that I know. We like to really roll up our sleeves and make a difference.
• You must be able to work 9:30 to 5:30p ET. This position will be fully remote but you must be available during those hours.
• We will start with part time or contract work to assess fit with the hope of quickly bringing you on for full time work. We believe in walk, crawl, run.

Experience

• You need to have experience. You need to have successfully managed projects in the past and convince me that you will do so in the future.
• You need to be really responsive. We prefer effort over skill (though skill is super important as well). If you are coachable and work hard and have average skills we can work with that. We can't work with uncoachable people who have superstar talent. Team > Individual = Victory

Pay: $15.00 - $60.00 per hour
