Duties

• Prepare detailed construction estimates by analyzing blueprints, schematics, and construction plans using advanced estimating tools and project management software.
• Develop comprehensive project budgets, including cost management strategies for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Manage teams on-site and in-office by overseeing construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, construction regulations, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead project coordination efforts by reviewing contracts, managing project timelines, and ensuring all construction plans align with client specifications and industry standards.
• Interpret technical drawings and facilitate accurate execution of construction projects.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits, schedule updates, and cost control measures; adjust plans proactively to mitigate risks.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to promote collaboration and ensure project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial construction estimation and project management with a focus on paper, power, chemical and heavy manufacturing projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques including construction schedule coordination and project timeline management.
• Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements across various jurisdictions.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately.
• Demonstrated success managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and project leadership.
• Construction site experience is essential to understand field operations thoroughly.
• Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination and client engagement.

Total compensation is flexible based on experience and what the individual brings to our company!

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
