We are currently hiring Field Sales Representatives to join our Management Development pipeline.

This is not a remote position. This is an in-person, performance-based role designed for individuals who want hands-on business experience, leadership development, and advancement based on merit.

Compensation

• Daily fee
• Uncapped commission
• Performance bonuses

• Typical first-year earnings: $35,000–$55,000

The Role – Field Sales Representatives

As a F.S.R. , you will represent our nonprofit partners at live events, retail activations, and high-traffic community venues.

Your responsibility is to connect with the public, communicate the mission behind the cause, and inspire individuals to become long-term supporters.

This is a face-to-face role that rewards energy, confidence, and consistency.
