• Salary: $23-27 per hour depending on qualifications
• Paid initial and ongoing certification to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Koreatown, LA
• Silverlake, Glendale

Job Type:

Part time with a potential to transition to a full-time position with benefits

What We Expect From You:

• Conduct 1:1 ABA sessions or Adaptive Skills Training sessions with assigned clients (in-home or clinic)
• Safely drive to and from the clients’ homes and communities
• Collect accurate data on an iPad application (provided by the company)
• Timely submission of timesheet
• Welcome feedback from supervisors and implement the feedback
• Practice cultural humility by respecting the cultural values of the families you work with, and ask questions to learn & develop your own cultural competency
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues while maintaining professionalism
• Maintain high attendance
• Complete other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license, auto insurance)
• Passing background check (FBI & DOJ)
• Passing TB test clearance
• Residing within the surrounding areas
• Willingness to learn the science of ABA
• Experience working with children
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to take and implement constructive feedback

Preferred Qualifications:

• RBT certification
• At least 1 year experience working with CHILDREN on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities
• At least 1 year experience working with ADULTS on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities
• At least some college courses in related areas (e.g., psychology, child development, education, etc.)

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

• Enrolled, or intention to enroll in Master’s program in ABA to pursue a BCBA certification
• Bilingual in Korean or Spanish is very highly preferred (conversational is ok!)
