We’re building a collaborative BCBA leadership team where two experienced clinicians share responsibility for a small clinic, mentor RBTs together, collaborate with OT and Speech, and have protected administrative time.

Our BCBA Job Share model allows you to stay clinically engaged while helping shape our ABA program through shared leadership, mentorship, and collaboration. This role offers a 4 day work week with an optional work from home day.

Who we are

The Children’s SPOT, Inc. is a privately owned therapy practice focused on building effective therapy programs for clients and a supportive place to work for our therapists. Our BCBA's partner daily with Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapists to deliver integrative, whole-child care through a warm, relationship-driven model. Your Role

You’ll provide evaluations, generate ABA treatment plans and supervise RBT's for children from preschool through high school, designing meaningful programs that support communication, social skills, play, independence, and overall quality of life.

You will provide operational oversight, in conjunction with the other Co-Director, to support daily operations, oversight of a small ABA team (6-9 staff)

Compensation

• Our unique compensation package includes $90/hr for billable hours, and $20/hr for admin time. Billable hours expectation is an average of 25 hours per week plus 15 administrative hours per week. Caseload may range from 6-9 clients.

• Full day, clinic based Early Learner Program (Ages 6 and Under)
• Center-Based ABA therapy after school/early evening hours
• Home-Based ABA Services - very limited number of therapy hours delivered in-home

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a BCBA who:

• Values teamwork, communication, and ethical practice
• Loves individualized, family-centered treatment
• Enjoys contributing to a tight-knit, community-rooted organization
• Has experience with the VB-MAPP and working with children ages 2–15

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB)

Experience

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and patient care.
• Familiarity with data collection methods, medical terminology, medical documentation, and medical records management.
• Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, intake procedures, and patient assessments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards related to medical records and patient confidentiality.
• Supervisory and leadership experience preferred.
