Candidates licensed in multiple states—particularly within these high-demand markets—are strongly preferred.
An active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license is required before beginning clinical practice with Hygenerate.

Schedule
This position is ideal for clinicians seeking flexible supplemental telemedicine work.
Providers establish their availability, with current scheduling needs focused primarily on:

• Late afternoons
• Evenings
• Weekday nights

Patient schedules are built collaboratively based on provider availability and patient demand.
Most new patient consultations are intentionally interspersed with follow-up visits to support a balanced clinical workflow and allow adequate time for documentation and preparation.
The Role
As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Hygenerate Integrative, you'll provide telemedicine care for both new and established patients within our:

• Women's Hormone Optimization
• Men's Hormone Optimization
• Metabolic Medicine
• Thyroid Optimization

Working within Hygenerate's established evidence-informed clinical model, you'll exercise independent clinical judgment while delivering thoughtful, individualized care.
Every patient encounter is an opportunity to educate, build trust, and help patients make meaningful progress toward their health goals.
Responsibilities include:

• Conducting telemedicine consultations for new and established patients
• Developing individualized treatment plans using sound clinical judgment
• Educating patients throughout the clinical encounter
• Completing timely, thorough clinical documentation
• Collaborating proactively with the clinical and administrative team
• Participating in mentorship and ongoing professional development
• Representing Hygenerate with professionalism, integrity, accountability, and compassion

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner certification (FNP-BC or FNP-C)
• Active RN Compact License
• Active DEA registration
• Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license before beginning clinical practice
• Outpatient Nurse Practitioner experience
• Telemedicine experience
• Ability to practice independently within an established evidence-informed clinical model
• Comfortable working remotely using telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following:

• Women's hormone optimization
• Men's hormone optimization / testosterone replacement therapy
• Thyroid optimization
• Metabolic medicine
• GLP-1 therapy
• Interpretation of comprehensive laboratory testing
• Patient education and motivational interviewing

Current licensure in multiple states—particularly North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky, New York, Texas, and Hawaii—is strongly preferred.
