Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our dynamic surgical team in Plano. This is a great opportunity for a skilled OR RN who prefers a condensed weekend schedule with 3 days on and 4 days off.

Schedule:

Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

Service Lines:

Ortho, Spine, General, Neuro, Robotics

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced operating room environment
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, surgical instruments, and equipment
• Assist surgeons during procedures and ensure patient safety throughout the surgical experience
• Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Adhere to all infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas (or compact state)
• Minimum 1–2 years of Operating Room nursing experience (preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certification required (CNOR preferred)
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical procedures
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Pay: $2,260.00 - $2,520.00 per week
