Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to on-call nursing requests across both homes
• Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for accurate documentation of patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and our policies while maintaining the highest standards of patient service and confidentiality

Requirements

• Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in good standing with relevant state licensing boards
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and health regulation policies
• Proven ability to perform thorough patient assessments
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration
