General Laborers Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)

Assist with the careful loading and unloading of boxes, furniture, and other items, ensuring safe handling throughout the entire process. Execute physically demanding tasks, including the repetitive lifting and carrying of items weighing 50–75 lbs. Navigate challenging terrains such as stairs and ramps while efficiently transporting items. Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency within a dynamic work environment. Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and client service standards. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30 AM and typically concluding around 4:00 PM, or until job completion. This role involves working in diverse settings, encompassing both indoor and outdoor locations, primarily within residential properties.

General Laborers Qualifications:

**Physical Strength:** Demonstrated ability to lift 75 pounds repetitively and safely.

• Federal Driver's License
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance to represent the company in clients’ homes. All visible tattoos must be covered. Hair color must be natural. Business casual attire: Pants or shorts without rips or holes. Pants or shorts must have belt loops (a belt is not required, but no sagging is permitted, and pants must cover underwear). Closed-toe shoes with a good grip are mandatory.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required prior to employment.
