Healthcare Recruiter (High-Performance / Full Desk) – Remote (EST Hours)

We’re hiring a top-tier Healthcare Recruiter who knows how to hunt, not wait.

If you’re the kind of recruiter who chases down hard-to-fill roles, builds pipelines before they’re needed, and refuses to take “no” from the market, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit nurses, physicians, and clinical professionals across multiple specialties
• Own the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, closing
• Fill high-priority, hard-to-fill roles under tight timelines
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines (you’re always 3 steps ahead)
• Partner closely with clients/hiring managers to deliver fast, quality hires

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in healthcare recruiting (agency or high-volume preferred)
• Strong sourcing skills (you don’t rely on inbound applicants)
• Relentless follow-up and closing ability
• Thick skin, high urgency, and competitive drive
• Someone who treats recruiting like a performance sport—not a task list

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, EST hours
