Our Center Clinical Managers are empowered leaders - trusted to guide clinical teams, partner with regional leadership, and represent CAS within their communities.

We practice within an assent-based, child-centered ABA framework and intentionally invest in clinical leaders who can balance mentorship, accountability, and growth. This role is designed for experienced BCBAs ready to own outcomes at the center level.

As the Center Clinical Manager, you are the clinical owner of the center. You oversee all client-facing clinical staff, including Senior BCBAs, BCBAs, Associate Clinical Supervisors, and Behavior Technicians, while partnering closely with operations and regional leadership.

You are responsible for clinical quality, team performance, culture, outcomes, and the center's ability to operate at full, sustainable capacity.
